Es ist für mich noch immer unverständlich, wie gesetzliche Krankenkassen zum einen Unsummen an Gelder für TV-Werbung ausgeben und zum anderen sich über leere Kassen beklagen, wie jüngst geschehen bei der AOK und DAK.

Ich meine, es sollte jedem Mitglied doch klar sein, dass diese Werbung aus der eigenen Tasche bezahlt wird und dementsprechend die Mitglieder mit entsprechenden Leistungskürzungen zu rechnen haben …

Projekt “Distant Memories” vorübergehend eingestellt

Aus derzeit bestehendem Zeitmangel wird das Projekt “Distant Memories” erst einmal auf Eis gelegt.

Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich Ende Herbst das Projekt fortführen.

“Ausschließende Integration” als neue Kurzdoku in Planung

Neue Doku über fehlgelaufene Integration in Deutschland geplant für Ende des Jahres geplant.

Dabei werden Personen mit den verschiedensten Hintergründen interviewt und nach ihrer Meinung und eventuellen Verbesserungsvorschlägen geplant.

Eine offizielle Ausschreibung ist für den Herbst 2009 geplant.

New Year, New President, New Life and other New Changes

Well, first of all, I want to wish you a wonderful 2009 and may it the best year ever so far for all of us!

It’s quite been a long time since I sent my post the last time but I hope you will understand that there were a lot of things to do and to clear before.

Many things have changed in the world, Europe, Germany, Hesse, Giessen (well not that much here) and in my personal life.

Concerning the changes in the world I am really happy to see that the United States will now have a good and strong man after all the years of chaos and destruction! And that the fact, this new president is not white gives me really hope that the politics and views of the people of the United States have changed positively.

Europe? I don’t think that the changes here are that important to be mentioned – chaos as always and still licking wounds nobody knows where are they coming from …

Same with Germany, but Hesse has a change … Change back to conservatism and slush funds after CDU is back in power here …

Giessen is still the same tiny city with its strange construction zones and building projects … But at least, it is nice and easy to live here (as long you don’t have to deal with the local foreigners’ regsiration office).

More changes happened in my personal life. I am happily divorced from my former husband Dominik Schneider, who is mentioned on IMDb (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2045487/bio) and feeling back free now, after all his lies and games that were at least one reason that took me in hospital in March 2008.

Studentenwerk Gießen versteht sich als Kunstkritiker

31.03.2008 – Das Studentenwerk Gießen hat meine Bewerbung im Wohnheim-Tutoren-Programm (kurz: WoTuPro) abgelehnt mit der Begründung meiner vorherigen Beschäftigung als Schauspieler und Künstler, bei dem unter anderem Bilder aus verschiedenen Filmprojekten entstanden, die, so Frau Bulla, „nicht mit dem WoTuPro vereinbar sind.“

Am 20.03.2008 hatte ich ein persönliches Vorstellungsgespräch in den Räumen des Studentenwerks bei Frau Spannring und Frau Bulla bezüglich meiner Bewerbung als Tutor für das Studentenwohnheim „Otto-Eger-Heim“ in Gießen.

Bei dem Vorstellungsgespräch sei auch soweit alles sehr gut gewesen, bis zum Zeitpunkt, als Frau Bulla und Frau Spannring auf eine Internetpräsenz mit Bildern von mir aus verschiedenen Filmprojekten gestoßen seien (http://imdb.com/name/nm2045487/ und www.cihan.gerikoglu.com), die nicht mit dem WoTuPro vereinbar wären, so Frau Bulla bei dem heutigen Telefongespräch nach der Bitte, die kurze Absage per elektronischer Nachricht wenigstens zu begründen.

Ich hatte mich auf die Stelle beworben, weil ich gerne mit Menschen zusammenarbeite und auch meinen Teil an sozialer Hilfestellung und Unterstützung leisten wollte. Für mich ist es wichtig, dass wir füreinander da sind, egal welche Hintergründe ein/e Jede/r von uns auch hat, weshalb ich bereits schon für die AWO in Wiesbaden arbeitete, als auch für die Lernkiste e.V. in Gießen. Da es sich bei der Arbeit im WoTuPro zumeist auch um ausländische Studierende handelt, wären meine Auslandserfahrungen, aber auch meine Sprachkenntnisse für die Ausübung der Tätigkeit sehr von Vorteil gewesen. Eine künstlerische Vergangenheit scheint allerdings auch noch im 21. Jahrhundert verpönt zu sein, jedenfalls dann, wenn sie nicht zur Massenunterhaltung und zum Massenverständnis dient.

Anstößig sollen vor allem die Bilder gewesen sein, auf denen Menschen funkelnde Augen oder gar keine haben, als Vampire oder Zombies abgebildet sind (s. Abbildung 1).

Dass es sich dabei um Bilder von diversen Filmprojekten handelte, bei denen ich als Schauspieler unter anderem mit Dennis Hopper, Quentin Tarantino, Steven Spielberg, Roman Polanski, Peter Ustinov, Wim Wenders, Dave Trott, Bono, David Bowie - um nur einige Namen zu nennen (http://imdb.com/title/tt0272946/) – , mitgewirkt habe und die Bilder zum Teil auch aus diesen Projekten heraus entstanden, interessierte Frau Bulla und das Studentenwerk Gießen nicht sonderlich.

Frau Bulla meinte, dass sowohl sie als auch Ihre Vorgesetzte, Frau Spannring, entsetzt waren, als sie die Bilder sahen und deshalb eine Zusammenarbeit nicht zustande kommen würde, bzw. das Studentenwerk Gießen meinem Wunsch zur Einstellung im WoTuPro nicht nachkommen werde.

I am so sorry for the people of Pakistan who have lost one of their best leaders ever and I am really sad, that people do and support the assassination.

No God and no holy book, in what religion ever ask people to act like this. To kill others in the name of Jahwe, Jehova, God, Allah or any religion is never the right way and those who support those strayed persons commit the same sin. The sin of murder.

Allah/God is the only One who will judge over us all. He doesn’t need an army acting in his name, because he is almighty. God/Allah is the only Power who knows what to do and not any human.

Allah/God send us the rules to live together in peace but not to make war. And especially not in his name.

It is really sad to see that nowadays such criminals refer to God/Allah when following their criminal desires for their own self realization.

A real believer doesn’t need to a criminal, a bomber, a murderer! The only way to Allah/God is to follow the heart and be a good and honest human, who respects other lifes and lifeforms and of course other religions and the followers of these.
